Department of Finance and Banking

The activity of the scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Finance and Banking is focused on the in-depth professional training of specialists with a wide range of coverage of professional activities, which ensures the formation of an analytical basis in a specialist capable of forecasting and modeling situations and scenarios of financial activity and its macro environment.

The mission of the Department of Finance and Banking of the Vasyl Stus Donetsk National University is the formation of a highly intellectual professional personality capable of progressive financial development and innovative breakthroughs in the field of finance, banking, insurance and the stock market according to international standards, on the principles of sustainability and social responsibility, through the synergy of expertise and the ability to flexibly adapt to changes, increasing financial literacy in society.
