The educational and scientific program “Economics” of the Faculty of Economics of the Donetsk National University named after Vasyl Stus is unique in terms of the content of the ONP, which involves a combination of competencies aimed at a comprehensive study of economic processes and systems at all levels and provides ample opportunities for employment to graduates of the program.

The goal of the program is to train a modern specialist in the field of economics at the third (educational and scientific) level, who possesses a set of competencies that ensure integration into the global scientific and educational space, is the basis for a deep understanding of the laws, dynamics and prospects for the development of economic processes and systems, and also form the ability to produce original scientific knowledge and ideas, the ability to solve complex problems in the field of economics and carry out research and teaching activities.
