The right to enter the master’s program is enjoyed by persons who have successfully completed their studies under bachelor’s or specialist programs, passed the necessary exams and passed the competition.

The maximum number of master’s students that can be accepted for the specialties of a certain department is determined by the size of the “quota” for master’s training. Specialists who wish to continue their education at a master’s degree will be able to do so only on a paid basis, because for them a master’s degree is considered a second higher education.
